The first step to improving organizational conditions is to review your Catalyze report and listen to stakeholders about what organizational conditions they are currently experiencing. Doing so will help you prioritize what conditions to focus on improving first. In your reports, you’ll find a Strategies button next to each condition. Determine which condition(s) you’ll prioritize improving and click Strategies for recommendations relevant to improving that condition. You can also access the full set of strategies at perts.net/catalyze/practices.
Try out these new strategies for a minimum of a few weeks before surveying again. Additionally, this may be a good time to share your Catalyze data with the individuals you surveyed to get their input on strategies that may support them related to each organizational condition.
In 1-3 months, survey again to see how individuals’ experience has changed. Adjust your approach based on your data, and continue working to improve.
