Tracking survey participation can be helpful for ensuring high completion rates (at least 80%), giving survey completion credit, and/or coordinating make-ups. Follow the steps below to see who completed the survey in a given cycle. Remember, participation data updates nightly.
Click Participation in the Community for which you want to track response rates
Click View by Student/Participant in the upper, right side of the screen
Select the Class/Group and survey # for which you want to view participation data. To view participation across all surveys, select All
Then, click View. You’ll see one of four statuses:
✓: the survey has been completed
started: the survey has been started but wasn’t submitted (existing response options are still included in reports)
blank: the survey hasn’t been started
(data not available): the individual was added to the roster today so we cannot yet report their participation, check back tomorrow
Sort by column or Download a CSV file with participation data
Note: While Community Leads can see participation rates and details for all Classes/Groups, Community Members will only see participation rates and details for Classes/Groups they Lead.
